Each year I spend hours dreaming over seed catalogs. The hope of what is possible in the warm spring and summer, makes the long winter more tolerable. As much as I enjoy looking at the beautiful pictures and descriptions, nothing compares to opening the seed packet. Each seed has the same job and everything it needs to germinate, yet there are so many different sizes, shapes, colors and textures. I am so fascinated and amazed at God's creativity.
Our Greenhouse was delivered last Friday. With a fast approaching winter storm and dropping temperatures, we needed to get the poles driven into the ground as soon as possible. It poured down rain on Friday and made the field a saturated, muddy mess! But it was the perfect condition to drive the poles three feet into the ground. The boys worked all day Saturday. As soon as they put up the last arch, it started to rain and the temperature started to plummet. They finished just in time!
A muddy mess! Need lots of water to clean these boots!
